What services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of cleaning services to meet your needs. Whether you’re looking for residential, commercial, or specialized cleaning (like deep cleaning, post-renovation, or emergency cleaning), we have the perfect solution for you.

What is the cost of your services?

The cost of our services is determined after a site visit, allowing us to offer you a fair, customized price. The best part? Estimates are completely free! For emergency cleaning where a prior evaluation isn’t possible, we charge an hourly rate per person.

How can I schedule a cleaning?

Scheduling your cleaning is easy! Just give us a call or send a text message, and we’ll be happy to find a time that works best for you.

What products and equipment do you use?

We use high-quality products like disinfectants, multi-purpose cleaners, floor rejuvenators, high-performance vacuums, and microfiber mops for a spotless finish. If you prefer we use your own products, no problem! We can also provide you with a list of recommended products if you’d like to supply them.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% service charge. Additionally, if you reschedule, a 25% fee will apply for each week the cleaning is postponed.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with our work, we’ll return to fix any outstanding issues. Plus, for your next visit, we’ll offer a discount or clean an extra area at no additional cost (e.g., refrigerator, oven, etc.).

What should I do before the cleaning?

To make sure we make the most of our time and provide the best service, please pick up any personal items from the floors and areas to be cleaned (clothes, shoes, toys, etc.). A quick note: we don’t wash dishes, so please have those ready if needed!

Can I request additional services?

Of course! If you need extra services, we’re happy to accommodate. Just keep in mind that additional services may have an extra cost.

How can I pay for the services?

We offer several convenient payment options: cash (we’ll provide an envelope for your convenience), Venmo, Zelle, or check. Choose whichever method works best for you!

What safety measures do you take to protect my home or business?

Your trust is very important to us. Our team is fully trained, trustworthy, and professional. Plus, we are fully insured, so if anything were to break, you don’t have to worry—we’ve got it covered.

Can I reschedule a cleaning if I cancel, and how long after can I do so?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 3 days after your original cleaning. However, please note that if the cleaning is delayed longer, extra time may be needed due to potential changes in your home’s condition.

If I cancel and it’s been over two weeks, will there be extra charges for my next cleaning?

If more than two weeks have passed, the cleaning may take longer, and additional charges could apply. We’ll always notify you of any price adjustments beforehand.
